Recently, our company has won an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the Standardized Factories and Supporting Infrastructure Project (Phase III) at the New Building Materials Industrial Park in Fuzhou Donglin New District.

The project site is located at the Hongliang Reclamation Farm, Fuzhou Donglin New District. The main scope of work involves an industrial service center, standardized factory buildings, dormitories, an underground parking garage, and supporting infrastructure. The project occupies a site area of approximately 95,000 square meters, with a total floor area of around 146,000 square meters and a gross floor area of around 143,000 square meters.
